888 Boylston Street
888 Boylston, the first new Back Bay office building built since 2001 is a 17-story, 425,000 square foot ultra-sustainable office and retail building featuring 365,000 total square feet of office space and 60,000 square feet of retail space. Current occupants include Eataly, Tesla and Under Armour. 888 Boylston is built to LEED Platinum sustainability specifications and includes multiple sustainable features, using 45% less energy and 37% less water than a typical office building. 888 Boylston also includes sustainable features such as a green roof with solar panels and wind turbines, outdoor terraces for tenants, energy-efficient lighting, a rainwater harvesting system and a living “green wall” in the building’s lobby.
