Parcel 12 & Citizen M
The Parcel 12 project will feature high-end storefront retail with a world class office space above and a Citizen M Hotel. Parcel 12 will knit together the Back Bay and Fenway neighbourhoods and vastly improve the street-level experience along Massachusetts Avenue between Boylston and Newbury Streets. Samuels & Associates along with the ownership group of the Citizen M Hotel are set to build the first towers above the Massachusetts turnpike in nearly 40 years.
