Momofuku Noodle Bar
Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Momofuku Noodle Bar, sister-restaurant to David Chang’s famed NYC restaurant of the same name, spreads over three floors comprising 6600 square ft. and features a striking glass-box facade and 20m long stainless steel sculpture by Chinese artist Zhang Huan. The ground floor of the restaurant is the Noodle Bar, a double height space with textured white oak walls and intersecting blackened steel foot bridges that lead to the second level which hosts a more private setting for the Nikai Bar and lounge. The third floor restaurant, Daisho, located inside the glass cube itself, provides communal seating with an open concept kitchen and black oak round tables.
