One York Street

One York Street is FNG’s first major project in New York City. This glassy Tribeca loft condo, designed by Enrique Norten, features two 19th century buildings linked by a new thoroughly modern glass and steel structure that rises up out of the core. The blending of old and new construction, restores and updates the architecture of the past, giving it new life and sustainability. The dramatic views of downtown will make this one of the most impressive perches in Manhattan.
