The master plan of this nine acre parcel focuses on creating a vibrant mixed-use destination which links East Somerville to the Assembly row development, Somerville’s waterfront, and the MBTA Orange line.
The 1.5 million-square-foot development includes two residential towers, (329 and 160 units respectively), plus 20,000 square feet of retail, and additional office and laboratory space.
Special care was taken when defining the massing of the proposed buildings to encourage a vibrant and pedestrian friendly public realm while providing views towards the Boston skyline.
