1200 17th Street

1200 17th St. is a LEED Platinum certified and EPA ENERGY STAR labeled trophy office building in the heart of Washington DC’s central business district. At 11 stories and 170,000 square ft, the building’s massing consists of two gridded, terracotta facades bisected diagonally by a smooth glass volume which serves as a dramatic entry point to the lobby. Floor to ceiling glass and nine foot high ceilings, coupled with an unmatched ratio of exterior wall to floor area, provides abundant natural light and enhances the overall work environment of the office spaces.

Project Info

168,000 sq. ft. office building featuring ground-floor retail space. Ferguson Neudorf has been tasked with the supply and installation of a unitized curtain wall system, including vision Glass, spandrel Glass, aluminum panels, entrances and storefronts.
