Landmark Centre II

Located in Boston MA, Landmark Centre Phase III is a 10 story, 600,000 square foot redevelopment. Majority of the building is to be used for office space and life science labs, while the remaining space is for a large new star market, replacing the existing market on Boylston Street.

This redevelopment is projected to be one of the city’s largest buildings with Zero Net Carbon Emissions. It will include a green/vegetated area on the lower podium, as well as state of the art HVAC and lighting systems, helping achieve its targeted LEED Gold or better Certification. Landmark Center Phase III is expected to use approximately 51% less energy than a regular building its size.
